Atkinson Auto Detailing provides vehicle detailing services. Services, pricing, service location, and appointment availability are discussed and confirmed individually.

Quotes and appointments

Requests made through our website, text messages, or Google messaging are requests only and do not constitute confirmed bookings. We will confirm appointment details directly.

Quotes may change if the vehicle condition, size, or requested services differ from the information provided. Any material changes will be discussed before additional work is performed.

Vehicle preparation and access

Please remove valuables, sensitive documents, and personal belongings before service. Customers are responsible for providing safe, lawful access to their vehicles and, when agreed for mobile services, suitable access to water and electricity.

Service limitations

Results depend on the condition and materials of the vehicle. Some stains, odors, scratches, wear, or existing damage may not be removable through standard detailing. We will explain material limitations when identified.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Any specific deposit, cancellation fee, or payment requirement must be separately disclosed and agreed upon before it applies.

Messaging and communications

When you contact us by phone, SMS, RCS, or through Google Business Profile, we may respond using staff or automated assistance for routine questions. Automated responses may be incomplete; final prices and appointments must be confirmed directly with us. Standard carrier messaging rates may apply.
