Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you request a quote, book an appointment, or message us, you may provide your name, telephone number, vehicle details, preferred appointment information, service address or location, and notes about the requested service.

Our website may also receive basic technical information through our hosting provider, such as IP address and request logs used for security and operation.

How we use information

We use customer information to answer questions, prepare quotes, arrange and perform detailing services, communicate about appointments, and maintain business records.

Google AI-powered messaging and text messages

Customers may contact us through Google Search or Maps using SMS or RCS messaging. Google may process messages and provide AI-assisted answers to routine questions, subject to Google’s applicable terms and privacy practices. Conversations may be handed off to us for a personal response.

Messages sent to our business through text or Google messaging are used to respond to your inquiry and coordinate services. Standard carrier messaging rates may apply.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell customer personal information. Information may be processed by providers that help us operate our website, communications, or business services, including Cloudflare, Google, and telephone or messaging providers, subject to their own practices and applicable agreements. We may disclose information when legally required.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to manage customer inquiries, services, records, or legal obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no online or messaging system is completely secure.

Your choices

You may contact us to request information about, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. You may choose to call us rather than use online messaging.

Updates

We may revise this policy and post the updated version here with a new effective date.
